Hunting & Packages
We offer comprehensive hunting packages including Deer/Hog Combo hunts (rifle and archery), stand-alone Hog hunts, Turkey/Hog Combo hunts, Duck hunts, Quail hunts, Pheasant hunts, and our Triple Shot Package. All packages include meals and lodging.
Most hunt packages include meals and lodging, professional guide services, hunting equipment (where applicable), trophy preparation, and access to our 7,200 acres of managed hunting land.
We limit hunts to a maximum of 10 hunters at a time to ensure a personalized, low-pressure hunting experience with higher success rates.
Yes, we offer night hog hunting with top-of-the-line thermal/night vision scopes and green lights. However, night hunting is not available during deer season.
We provide thermal/night vision scopes for hog hunting, professional hunting stands, and all necessary safety equipment. For duck hunting, we provide skilled retrievers and professional guides.
Seasons & Timing
Archery/Crossbow season runs September through January, while Rifle season runs October through January. We follow Georgia state hunting regulations.
Hog hunting is available year-round, making it perfect for off-season hunting opportunities.
Turkey season runs from March 29th through May 15th, offering excellent spring hunting opportunities.
Duck hunts are available every Saturday and Sunday starting October 1st, with professional guides and retrievers.
Quail and Pheasant hunts are available from October 1st through March 31st, with experienced dogs and guides.
Lodge & Accommodations
Our 5,000 square foot lodge features six comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 10 hunters.
The lodge includes a game room with pool table, four flat-screen TVs, stocked fishing ponds, central heating/air conditioning, and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Yes, most hunt packages include meals prepared by our experienced kitchen staff with 20+ years of culinary experience.
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions and preferences. Please let us know your requirements when booking.
Yes, we offer prime fishing opportunities in our stocked ponds, including large mouth bass, bluegill, and catfish.
Booking & Policies
You can book by calling (912) 423-9860 or using our online contact form. We recommend booking well in advance, especially for peak seasons.
All deposits are non-refundable but are good for 1 year from the scheduled hunt date. Please advise us at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled hunt if you need to reschedule.
We hunt in most weather conditions, but safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your hunt.
We offer competitive pricing for all our packages. Contact us to discuss group rates and special arrangements.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable within 1 year. We require at least 2 weeks notice for rescheduling due to weather or personal circumstances.

We have 7,200 acres of pristine private hunting land in Georgia's swamplands, providing ample space for diverse hunting opportunities.
We practice year-round baiting, protein feeding, and use cell game cameras to monitor wildlife. Our strict management practices promote mature buck growth and healthy populations.
We offer hunting for trophy bucks, wild boars, turkey, mallard ducks, bobwhite quail, and pheasant, depending on the season and package selected.
We use elevated tower stands overlooking food plots, lock-on stands, and ladder stands positioned over corn piles and feeders, with strategic wind-based selection.
Yes, our 7,200 acres are professionally managed with year-round feeding, habitat improvement, and selective harvesting to maintain healthy, active game populations.
